With more than ten years of experience in the corporate world — including the pharmaceutical and banking industries — she works with international and local organizations to navigate complex strategic challenges and transformation initiatives. Drawing on her background in management consulting and leadership roles, she brings strategic perspective, creative problem-solving, and structured facilitation to help teams align, shape direction, and move forward with confidence.

Alongside her consulting work, Corinne is a Co-Active Coach. Discovering Co-Active Coaching was a pivotal moment, allowing her to integrate strategic thinking with a deeper human dimension. Today, she supports individuals navigating life and career transitions — helping them gain strategic clarity, strengthen confidence, and make grounded decisions aligned with their values.

Her work is rooted in the conviction that clarity enables confident growth — whether within organizations facing complexity or individuals stepping into their next chapter.

Corinne lives in the Basel region of Switzerland with her husband and two young children. She works in German and English with clients from diverse professional and personal backgrounds.
